Persike Benefit Solutions provides essentially the same services that would be provided to a Fortune 500 Company, only the services are scaled down to valley sized companies. Small companies (under 500 employees) have the same problems that large companies do; we recognize that the numbers are just smaller. The under-50 employee market has the most difficulty, as they have the needs, but they generally do not have the in house expertise, nor do they they have the buying power of larger companies..

Over the 44 years of being in this business, I have developed strategic relationships that allow me to do neat thing for our clients. In many cases I can make a small business really look like a big company.  The special relationships usually gives the little extra that makes a difference. It may help in underwriting, plan design, and products offered, or it may be useful in obtaining a lower cost for the client.

Do I have all of the answers? I wish so, but it doesn’t happen. I usually work with a team of people to find solutions and solve problems. Persike Benefit Solutions provides innovative solutions to risk management. We look to accountants and lawyers to crunch numbers and draft documents. Our most comfortable relationships are those where we are able to wrestle with problems and find viable solutions. Over the years strong relations are built on trust. Most clients have been with us for years, even decades.

Because we are a boutique agency, we learn a great deal about clients. We keep confidences. Often business people and professionals just need professional advisors to talk to about their problems. Often we are those people who care enough to be there when assistance is needed.

We also do custom work. An example; one of our clients owned a string of fast food restaurants. They were having difficulties with some of the stores. Together we developed a secret shopper program. We shopped each store for over 18 years. It was a learning experience for both of us. Another client needed a special dental program, so we developed a self funded program for them. After our administration fee and claims cost the client paid less that half of what a commercial insurance contract would cost. We are now in the fourth year of the program. What I am attempting to show, is that we have the capacity to customize the solutions to help you stay in business. I have long stated that, “if my client don’t make a profit, they will cease to exist as a business entity”.

From a product standpoint, we only represent market makers, companies with strong financials and reputations to defend. I am a promise keeper and the companies that I choose to represent make the guarantee that “when you need us the most we will be there for you”. I am proud of my industry and I like to believe that we represent the highest industry standards (after all we have been trained by a Springer Spaniel, what can I say).
