Background

Rusty’s mother was a Springer Spaniel of exceptional beauty and grace, displaying high intelligence. She was a show champion for all seasons. The father was a highly intelligent, strong and muscular hunting dog with keen senses. Being a strong competitor with exceptional judgment, made him the perfect role model for Rusty in his formative years.

Hobbies and Pasttimes

Rusty truly enjoys kicking back and relaxing during the weekend. Listening to Bluegrass and Blues music with his master ranks very high on the to do list on the weekend. He enjoys reading the Wall Street Journal in the morning with his master. He especially enjoys the time that his master rubs behind his ears. Being one of the great communicators, Rusty really enjoys going to office and visiting with clients. It has long been said that he gives very good advice. It has also been said, that he is an excellent financial planner, specializing in long term care and pet issues. He is also the  Insurance Spokesdog for Persike Benefit Solutions. Besides being an intellectual kind of fellow, he believes that he is a “Guard Dog” (he believes he is fierce) but he is really “all bark and no bite”. He is, however, a trend setter and an advisor to the pets of the rich and wealthy. He has a training class for the pets so that they can better control the human habits of their masters.

Rusty, being the authorized spokes dog, has received many benefits from the human world. Many people seek him out for his financial advice. The Juniper Bank of West Virginia even sent him a Platinum Visa Card with a $12,500.00 credit limit at a low 0% interest. Rusty has repeatedly used his Visa card at Petco to buy toys and the store accepts his paw print as his signature. When a positive identification is needed even Homeland Security accepts his paw print as the “GoldStandard” of identification. Rusty continues to manage his credit standing from the three credit bureaus as he has repeatedly stated that he did not want his “credit standing to go to the dogs”. Rusty’s secret desire is to be a food show host or a secret shopper for a large restaurant chain. He has repeatedly stated that “he would be dog gone good at the job”.

If you have any questions about pet or personal issues please feel free to ask Rusty for advice through the response form or communicate directly with him through e-mail at: ed@edwardpersike.com Ask Ed to have Rusty respond (Ed has to type as the conventional keyboard is difficult for one with paws although he has mastered his Paw Pilot quite well).

Remember, if you ask him for financial advice, he is registered with the AKC and not the FINRA.
